vPrise Workgroup

vPrise Software launched its first product vPrise Workgroup in the first quarter of 2006. vPrise Workgroup allows project managers to track and manage projects anywhere regardless of an internet connection. It provides a new level of usability and ease of use when compared to existing web applications while providing access in all major operating systems and even most cellular phones.

vPrise Workgroup allows users to submit information without seeing information submitted by unauthorized personel. Managers can define access levels and permissions and monitor their users, they can optionally grant access to customers and 3rd party contractors without the fear of exposure to sensitive data by the customer/contractor. Within the system the users can fill up time sheets, expense reports, issues (Action Items, bugs etc...), exchange large files (over 100mb) and much more.
